Vehicle transport is judged on condition and on the phone call, not on transit time. A dealer trade that arrives with a scuffed rocker is a claim; a fleet rollout that lands a week late is a rental bill. We vet the car-haul carriers the same way we vet a heavy-haul operator — authority, cargo coverage that actually names vehicles, and an inspection at load and at delivery so damage has a timestamp.
