LASLINT uses SMS messaging only for transactional and operational communication tied to active customer or carrier relationships. This page documents our practices in accordance with US A2P 10DLC regulations and the major carriers' messaging guidelines.
What we send
- Load status updates (pickup, transit, customs, delivery)
- Quote follow-ups for active inquiries (one follow-up only)
- Dispatch coordination for active loads
- Payment notifications for carriers
- Compliance updates for active accounts
What we don't send
- Marketing or promotional SMS
- Cold outreach to numbers we do not have a relationship with
- Autodialed campaigns
- Bulk solicitations
- Messages to numbers obtained from purchased lists
How you opt in
You opt in to operational SMS by providing your phone number on a quote request, a carrier onboarding packet, or a signed agreement. You can also opt in explicitly by replying YES or START to any of our messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any LASLINT SMS message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Carrier and frequency
We send SMS through Twilio over US A2P 10DLC registered campaigns. Message frequency varies depending on active load count and customer preferences — typically zero to a few per day on active loads, none when no operational activity is underway.
Privacy
We do not share phone numbers with lead generators, marketers, or unrelated third parties. Phone numbers are shared only with carrier and customs partners actively operating your load. See our Privacy Policy for full data practices.
