This policy describes the text-message (SMS) program run by Land Air & Sea Logistics Int LLC(Land Air & Sea Logistics Int, “LASLINT”). It is written to meet US A2P 10DLC requirements and the major carriers' messaging guidelines.

What we send
If you opt in, we send operational messages tied to your inquiry, load or account:
- Quote follow-ups for an inquiry you started
- Load status, pickup, delivery and ETA check-ins
- Rate-confirmation signing links
- Dispatch coordination
- Carrier payment notices
- Replies to messages you send us
What we never send
- Marketing or promotional texts
- Messages to numbers from purchased or rented lists
- Autodialed campaigns
How you opt in
There are exactly three ways to opt in:
- On our website forms. Tick the optional SMS box on our quote, contact or carrier forms. The box is unchecked by default and you can submit the form without ticking it. It reads:
“Yes, text me about my quotes, loads and account from LASLINT (Land Air & Sea Logistics Int). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service.”
- By phone. Tell a LASLINT representative “yes” on a call after they read you this script, which they log in our system with the date and time: “Can we text you at this number about your quotes and loads? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop or HELP for help.”
- By texting us first. If you text our number, we reply to your message. If you have opted out, replying START or YES to our number opts you back in.
Consent is never a condition of service. You can request a quote or work with us without agreeing to texts.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies — typically zero to a few messages per day while a load is active, and none otherwise. Msg & data rates may apply.
How to opt out and get help
Reply STOP to any LASLINT text to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no more after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Privacy and sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except our SMS provider Twilio Inc., solely to deliver messages you agreed to receive. To move your freight we may give a pickup or delivery contact number to the carrier or driver working that load, for that load only. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
