Ag equipment is heavy haul on a calendar. A combine that misses its window costs a harvest, not a delivery date, and the same week every dealer in the corn belt is trying to move the same iron. We plan the ag season the way we plan a permit route — capacity lined up before the rush, header trailers accounted for, and a driver who knows how to walk a machine onto a step-deck without touching the auger.
