Yes. Per-state permits are filed by our desk. Escort coordination is handled — pilot cars for OD width or length triggers, police escort for the upper tiers. Costs are priced into the all-in rate, not added at the dock.
We don't handle hazmat Class 1 (explosives), Class 7 (radioactive), or live animals. Household goods (HHG) is not our specialty. Everything else — heavy haul, oversize, project cargo, dry, reefer, intermodal, ocean — is in scope.

Yes. Detention is paid per the rate confirmation. TONU is paid when we cancel after dispatch through no fault of the carrier — industry standard rate.
